 Ingredientes (para 8 personas):
½ litro de café muy fuerte
300 g de azúcar
8 yemas de huevo
8 claras de huevo montadas
Preparación:
Calentar suavemente la mezcla, removiendo sin cesar y cuando empieze a espesar, retirar del fuego, y verter en una fuente honda, volviendo a remover hasta que esté tibia. En este momento añadirle las claras montadas, removiendo muy suavemente.
Dejar enfriar y servir.
